How do I choose an exercise band?

However, this is not the case for every manufacturer - as there are no standardised rules for matching colours to resistance strength. Therefore, it may be that a particular colour of tape will indicate the tape with the highest resistance in one case and the lowest resistance in another. The resistance of a rubber band depends on its thickness and width.

Floss band

When is a floss band used?
