BEGINNER LEVEL
Use this resistance in the final phases of your first training programme on leg exercises. Do not use it for global movements.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Use this resistance as a base for leg exercises when you are able to complete a series of 20 repetitions at level 3. Use it on your arms only during multi-joint exercises such as chest presses or pull-ups.

ADVANCED LEVEL

Use this resistance for single joint exercises when you are able to perform sets of 15 repetitions at level 3 and as a base for lower body exercises. It is not recommended for global exercises.
