Lightweight and durable skipping rope with steel rope and aluminium extended handles, specially designed for intensive speed and coordination training. The long 300 cm rope with locking device is easy to adjust in length. The built-in bearing system and the movable link give the skipping rope a suitably smooth rotation, prevent twisting of the rope and allow for a really intensive workout. The skipping rope can easily be sped up to speeds suitable for high, double and triple jumps.

Product use:
Warm-up, speed and agility training, aerobic training, interval training. Exercising with the skipping rope helps burn fat, increases coordination and fitness.
