SLAM BALL is a ball made of thick soft rubber with high durability, filled with synthetic sand, designed to dynamically hit the ground.
The ball is used during intensive Crossfit training. It is entirely made of rubber, which makes it much better and more practical than the leather versions, where the seams often break. The ball is waterproof, so you can also train it outdoors. Specially selected rubber combined with sand filling prevent the ball from bouncing off the ground. On the entire surface of the ball there are protrusions formed into a non-slip tread, which makes it easier to grip the ball, ensuring precision of movement and comfort even during very dynamic exercises.
The balls come in different weight versions. Beginners will appreciate the balls in versions from 2 to 10 kg,
