Coordination set

Professional coordination set for motor skills training

Enhance the quality of your training sessions with the professional coordination set from Yakimasport. This versatile tool has been designed to develop qualities such as agility, reaction speed and precision of movement in athletes of all levels. As the coordination set comprises highly durable components, it is ideal for professional sport, physical education classes and rehabilitation programmes. As a result, coaches are provided with a ready-made solution for setting up obstacle courses.

Why choose the Yakimasport coordination set?

By choosing this equipment, you gain, above all, complete flexibility when planning exercises. As the coordination set includes 10 cones and 5 training poles, each 1 metre long, you can create any configuration – from low hurdles to advanced obstacle courses. As the cones included in the set, which feature holes, are 38 cm tall, they provide a stable base for the training poles. Furthermore, the flexible material from which the cones are made gives way under pressure, which effectively minimises the risk of cracks and injuries to athletes in the event of a fall.

Versatility is another feature that makes this coordination set so popular. It is designed for football, basketball and athletics training, as well as general fitness exercises, where improving dynamic skills is key. Furthermore, the lightweight design allows for quick and easy assembly and dismantling of the training area, both indoors and on grass. As a result, you save time that you can devote to providing practical guidance to your players. That is why this mobile system is an essential part of any professional sports ground setup.

Technical Specifications

Using the set and effective jumping training

This professional coordination set is an absolute ‘must-have’ in every modern coach’s bag. It enables you to achieve advanced training objectives, such as building power and dynamism in the legs. As the height of the crossbars can be adjusted smoothly, you can easily tailor the difficulty of the jumps to the athletes’ age and physical abilities. As a result, your jumping training becomes safer and more structured. Additionally, the poles placed in the cones encourage correct hip and knee movement whilst running.

A further advantage is the set’s use in preventive training. It is ideally suited to exercises designed to restore full range of motion and deep sensation, or proprioception. As the Yakimasport coordination set is compatible with other accessories, such as gates and climbing frames, its potential uses are almost limitless. It is worth noting that the pole holders keep the crossbars securely in place even during dynamic contact. This ensures that work on agility can proceed without unnecessary technical interruptions.

Durability and organisation of Yakimasport equipment

Keeping the club’s storeroom tidy becomes easier when you choose well-designed equipment. The cones included in the coordination set can be nested inside one another, which saves a significant amount of space. Furthermore, regularly cleaning the poles and cones will help preserve their vibrant colours for many seasons. Please note that the colours of the items are dispatched at random, which does not affect their high functionality. By investing in professional pitch equipment, you are choosing products that will withstand hundreds of hours of intensive outdoor training.
